the obvious answer to that is probably 24/7 and through the tablets this encryption is probably safe for now but if they can wire a network to obscure the source they can probably get through an encryption it'd probably take a few weeks if not months but we should be careful regardless
I've made encryptions even HYDRA couldn't blast through, but this is their subnet. We should assume everything is being monitored at all times. But it's not just tablets. you don't ever really know. you just keep going forward and trying to do the right thing, even if that thing isn't always good i thought i was doing the right thing by being with SHIELD but as it turns out i was just selling someone else's lies it's hard to figure out what's right is it moral? ethical? a gut instinct? what i know is this i have the ability to protect people who can't, or can't protect people to the extent that i can and i know that it's right, in my heart, to do that and if that means hurting or killing someone who would do anything to harm people who aren't involved in the messes shield and hydra and even myself have created then thats what i have to do i'm not a monster because i kill people i'm a monster because that's what i was raised to do and all i can do now is use that skillset to make sure something like that doesn't happen to anyone else
that probably clears up nothing at all but 'the right thing' isn't so clear as black and white especially in the kind of world you and i live in
