Her fingers clap on the slope of his opposite shoulder, where it curves up to meet his neck. Her thumb rubs against the protrusion of his spine there, and she's smiling when she straightens away. ]

Bucky was experimented on during the war. It's probably not the exact same serum that I've got, but it's close. Plus Hydra kept him in cryofreeze most of the time. They only brought him out for missions.
